I can remember in Kindergarten, our teacher, Miss Helen Jane would play music on an old victrola, and as we sat in a circle she would shuffle our names from a group of flash cards.
The person whose name was shown on the card, was asked to skip around the circle and back to his or her seat. Our teacher made a game out of us being able to recognize our name. She also taught us to print our name in big bold letters on lined paper.
Think back and come here to post your shared memories about life. Memories come and go, and that is why we should write them down. Place them on your blog and then I invite you to share them here.

I tried to add my info to the blog but had trouble with the pic. It bumped me out and now whenever I try to put link in it says it already exist. I am not sure what happened...sorry.
ReplyDeleteI don't remember to much about kindergarten but I'll tell you one thing it gets more challenging every year. Just in the 10 years from my oldest to my third, the curriculum has gotten significantly more rigorous. Glad I'll have my last through next year!
ReplyDeleteOh crumb ... I missed it. Just was getting around to linking and clicked my email link, but now I see it's already closed. Well, I'll have to respond more promptly next time.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
