I am so happy that you have returned to view or to enter our True Story Blog Party.
Abuse is everywhere - - April is Prevent Abuse Month.
Most of us have been hurt either real or imaginary, and we can choose to recoil, get angry, or to forgive and get over it. As we mature in God, I believe we tend to forgive and get over it more quickly.
Being in community is important and allowing others to view our unwashed face is not always easy.
We are all so different, and yet in many ways so similar. We are all created from the same dust and our spirits once born again, become blended into one.
May we stretch out and relax in the Truth of the words of Jesus spoken to our hearts and allow His healing touch to quiet our troubled spirits.

Time does not always heal wounds, and they must be faced, dealt with and not glossed over. Even if the person who hurt you is passed on to glory, there still needs to be forgiveness on your part.
We know God forgives our past, but we also must forgive those who have trespassed against us, and forgive ourselves for our anger toward them.
I wrote about another method to heal the hurts of abuse and you can read about it HERE..
To Enter our Blog Party, Please review these suggestions. You do not need to write on abuse, just any true story is appreciated.

Please be sure to take a minute or two to visit the post just next to you and please leave them a comment.
2. Please also link back to this community, either by using the button on my side bar or simply a text link.
Return anytime and scroll down to enjoy true stories you may have missed.
Our Entry Link openes Monday evening at 6:00 pm PST
the code for your link ups is missing or at least not showing up for me tonight :-(
