True Stories Week December 16, 2013

Patiently Waiting for Your Story

Welcome back to our True Story Blog Party.  May we invite you to share your true stories, past and present.

Do you want to be blessed especially during the year 2014??  Consider this - -

Christmas we think of GIVING and RECEIVING – God gave us Jesus who gave his ALL for us.  I realize this is a touchy subject, but are you prepared to give to God 10% of your finances in 2014?  Think about it and make it a pledge or a New Years resolution to begin to tithe if you are not already doing so.  (Tithe is giving 10% of your income to where you are fed spiritually.)

When I failed to tithe my bills piled up, but when I gave obediently and cheerfully, my money stretched amazingly.

Tithing is a part of worshiping God.  Abraham was the first to tithe.  That's in the Old Testament.  But look at what the New Testament says:  "Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously" (2 Cor. 9:6).

The Best True Story

Welcome back to our True Story Blog Party.  May we invite you to share your true stories, past and present.

And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus.  -  Luke 1:28,31

Do you need a Miracle?  Rod Parsley says; The story of Mary and the conception of Jesus reveals powerful keys to receiving God's miracle-working power.  Before you can receive a miracle, you must receive a Word from God.  Whether it comes from the Bible, through anointed preaching, or from the Lord speaking in your spirit, you must receive the Word that speaks to your situation.  Then claim it as yours and believe you receive.
