I'm always amazed at the complexities of our Father's creation, especially us, and find the answers for most of our issues are found in wisdom from God. <br /><br />The act of deep breathing is a way to clean our minds… it's a miracle really. And ...Hazel, what a scary moment for your husband! And yes, I do think those childhood traumas are responsible for some of our emotions and reactions as adults. I struggle with anxiety, and I know that my breathing is shallow and rapid.
